We can offer assistance in the following areas:
  • 24 hour advice and assistance if you are held at a police station and are suspected of a criminal offence. This will not cost your anything
  • Representation at interviews under caution - whether held by police or other agencies (dwp, council, trading standards)
  • Representation at/advice regarding identification parades
  • Representation at the youth court, magistrates court or crown court in the event that you are charged with an offence.
  • We have experience of acting for clients in relation to a wide range of criminal matters.
In many cases public funding (legal aid) is available and we can advise you about this. Remember the sooner we advise you the better.
