In today's uncertain financial climate, particularly the difficult property market, many people feel trapped in unhappy marriages.

Baehrs' matrimonial package costs £250.00 including VAT. This includes an in-depth interview with the firm's principal Eric Baehr, with a confirmation of his advice in a follow-up letter.
Eric explains – in plain English – the divorce procedure, the Court's powers relating to children, money and property, and with an indication of how the Court's powers might apply in each particular case.
In addition, Eric gives a rough indication (it is impossible to be precise) of how long proceedings will take and the cost involved.
We believe that this service will give people reassurance during a traumatic time in their lives, and empower them to take the course of action that is best for them - avoiding costly mistakes.
