Hywel James is a partner in the Cardiff office and Freed Kemp Rapport’s Head of Client Services. He is the firm’s senior specialist in Personal Injury claims and is a member of the APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). Within the firm Hywel also deals with Dispute Resolution, believing that tackling a claim early and informally can often lead to a better resolution in the best interests of the client. Hywel is a fluent Welsh speaker.
