Home Information Packs
It will be necessary for the Sellers to compile the packs before they can market their property. The packs will have to contain a brief summary of the terms of sale (but not a Contract), evidence of the title, standard searches, planning consents and building control certificates, property information form and copy warranties and guarantees plus a home condition report which must include an energy efficiency assessment.
Leasehold properties will require additional information.
