Lasting Powers of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney means, quite simply, that someone else can take over the responsibility for matters which you either no longer wish to deal with or, in the case of health problems, find difficult to handle. Making the necessary arrangements can be done well in advance, enabling you to get on with enjoying life to the full.
We can help you appoint the best person to deal with your affairs when you are no longer able to. We will do this with care and consideration to make it as easy as possible for you. If you wish you can appoint us as your attorney. We are also used to handling cases involving the Court of Protection, which can be used to oversee the handling of a person's affairs if they are no longer capable.
