Wills and Probate
Putting your affairs in order allows you to relax and get on with the things that are important to you. It can be done at any stage of your life, but is especially important if you are buying a house or thinking of starting a family.
We can tailor a will to your circumstances, offering the advice and tax expertise necessary to make things as easy as possible for your family. We aim to offer an approachable and easy-to-use service, and will visit you at home if that makes life easier for you.
If you've already made a will you may need to update it. We can do that too. It is as well to remember that an old will, if you have one, is automatically revoked if you marry.
We can advise you about choosing an executor, the person who will administer your will. If you want to spare your family or friends the responsibility, we can act as your executor, and will charge considerably less than many financial institutions.
In addition, we can help if it has fallen to you to obtain probate following the death of a friend or relative.
