Rebecca Asady
Solicitor practicing in housing and property litigation. Rebecca specialises in complex tenancy cases, possession and trespass matters, forfeiture, disrepair and anti-social behaviour cases. She provides Tenant Services Authority guidance and takes a particular interest in risk management and training. Rebecca has additional experience of working in local government and legal aid practices which assists her in the provision of comprehensive, practical advice.
Anthony Hesford
Solicitor specialising in housing and property litigation. Anthony focuses particularly on Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions, Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, Gas Injunctions and Trespass cases. Anthony conducts many of his own hearings travelling throughout the UK.
Natalie Hurst
An experienced Solicitor, Natalie has represented a number of Associations on a variety of possession matters ranging from straight forward rent possessions to complex anti-social behaviour actions. Has been involved in anti-social behaviour cases dealt with by way of Injunctions, ASBOs, forfeiture proceedings, squatter actions, housing disrepair matters and demotion. Natalie is also experienced in dealing with personal injury matters, debt recovery and subsequent enforcement, breach of contract matters and boundary disputes. Has recently run a housing case through to the Court of Appeal and is involved in amending tenancy agreements to implement new legislation.
