Partner with the firm based at our Preston Office and involved in Housing Association work for over 20 years. Experienced in all areas of Housing Association property development specialising in Section 106 Agreements and Shared Ownership Schemes. Also acts for associations in relation to leases of office accommodation and commercial property portfolios, mortgages of housing stock and health authority projects.

Deborah has been with Howarth Goodman for over fifteen years and has a wealth of experience in setting up sales for shared ownership schemes. She also deals with a wide range of social housing work including site acquisitions, finance and remortgages, staircasing, resales, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire and more recently the Social Homebuy scheme.
Nicola Hughes
Solicitor involved in working for Housing Associations since joining the firm's property department.
