A Partner since 1985, James is one of our commercial property
specialists. Resident in the area, he has a wealth of knowledge
of the local residential property market and the business community.
His work includes acting for developers in the acquisition and
sale of development sites and related planning issues. He deals
with both company and business sales and he specialises in the
buying and selling of care homes.
James is part of the original “Brinks Mat” team
and assisted in the recovery of stolen funds in that case.
James is an erratic golfer and has rather extreme methods of
unwinding outside the office. He has climbed Kilimanjaro and
has cycled across the Negev desert in vague attempts to find
himself.
