We are delighted that following the completion of Joanna’s
training contract with us and her admission as a Solicitor in
September 2004 she now works primarily in the field of Wills
and Probate where she will complement our highly experienced
team.
Joanna deals with a full range of Probate matters. Her work
includes administering the estate of a deceased person, collecting
in the assets and discharging the debts and distributes the
remaining estate in accordance with the instructions left in
the Will. She prepares the application for Grant of Probate/Letters
of Administration and the Inland Revenue Account for Inheritance
Tax purposes. She regularly deals with the Inland Revenue and
the District Valuer throughout. Joanna offers a friendly and
compassionate service through what often can be a difficult
time.
Joanna’s main interests include reading (anything and
everything she says), cooking and walking (out and about around
London).
