Ruth joined the firm in 2004 initially as a trainee and she
qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
Ruth came to the Law, after 3 years studying Speech and language
Therapy at Manchester University but realised it was not the
career for her. After some time spent working in the City of
London in banking and asset management she returned to University
in 2000 to study law.
Ruth deals with all aspects of family law (children and finances)
and is particularly committed to public funding (legal aid)

Ruth is approachable and keen to make client’s feel at
ease and will guide them through the often-stressful court related
processes with skill and confidence. She is a member of Resolution.

When not at work, Ruth enjoys fine dining and travel and frequently
returns to her hometown of Dublin. She is a keen reader and
a member of a book club.
