A Partner since 1996, Simon’s practice covers a broad
spectrum of litigation including Employment Law (acting for
both employers and employees), Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence
and catastrophic and fatal accidents.
His major cases have included defending clients in a claim for
the recovery of the proceeds of the infamous Brinks Mat gold
bullion robbery, several clinical negligence infertility claims,
fatal accidents arising from road traffic accidents, accidents
at sea and accidents involving pedestrians. Simon’s case
load also includes contested probate claims and some of the
“high end” Wills and probate work.
In his spare time he is a diehard West Ham fan, a fair-weather
golfer and an unfulfilled big game fisherman.
