Tora Murphy joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in July 2007
with a long list of achievements: she gained a First in her
Law Degree. At university she was presented with the Drapers
Company Award for Academic Excellence and on her Legal Practice
Course was awarded the Kennedy’s Litigation Prize, the
Budd Martin Burrett Prize for Civil Litigation and the Mid Essex
law Society Prize for the student with the highest overall average
mark. Throughout her training she will work with qualified Solicitors
in areas including Commercial Property, Family and Litigation
gaining both knowledge and experience to enable her to manage
her own caseload. Upon qualification in 2009 she hopes to specialise
in commercial property
Tora’s claim to fame is advertising Tomy Toys on t.v.
when she was a child. She has also co-written a children’s
book and is just waiting for a publisher to snap it up.
