Zoë joined the firm in 2002 and qualified in 2003 after
completing her training with us. Her practice includes divorce
proceedings, financial settlements and cohabiting couples. She
also deals with disputes regarding property and inheritance
claims. She is a member of Resolution and as such has a particular
commitment to resolving matters amicably and by negotiation.
She assists both publicly funded (legal aid) and privately paying
clients. The firm has an ongoing commitment to access to justice.
Zoë has extensive experience in dealing with children’s
matters in both disputes between parents and cases involving
the local authority. Zoë is a keen advocate, frequently
attending Court, and is a member of the Association of Lawyers
for Children. She is also a member of the Law Society’s
Children Law Panel.
