We act for landlords in many strands of the commercial property market. We will prepare a lease which, while still being commercially acceptable, will protect you and your interests.
When, as a tenant, you have found suitable premises, we will be happy to negotiate agreements and help you to achieve occupation within the time scale you seek. Miracles may, however, not always be possible.
