Jessie has been with the firm since 1999. She has worked during that time exclusively in the non-contentious side of the practice with Rodney Marsden and for the past two years has been a case manager in her own right in the Probate Department, dealing with estates of all sizes including those with inheritance tax involvement. She has also developed considerable expertise in the detail required for those cases involving receiverships and powers of attorney. |
