Susan Bernstein
Susan Bernstein has been with Osmond Gaunt & Rose as an employment law specialist for 6 years and was made a Partner on 1st July 2005. She advises companies and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious workplace
issues,ranging from unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination to the preparation of contractual documentation and workplace policies. She also gives talks at training events.
Susan qualified in 1979 when she specialised
in corporate law at a large City firm. Her interest in employment law developed whilst working voluntarily for 8 years at a Citizens Advice Bureau when her children were small. She has found her experience of working "at
both ends of the negotiating table" to be invaluable in attaining sensible
settlements when negotiating on behalf of her clients. |
