Employment

We have a thriving Employment Department. We can help clients with all their work related problems, whether by resolving disputes during the course of their employment or by obtaining compensation or lost wages in the event that they lose their job. A reinstatement is also possible in certain cases.

We can help clients with a claim for sex, race or disability discrimination, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, constructive dismissal or redundancy claims. There is no qualifying period of employment for claims for sex, race or disability discrimination. We can advise them on their position when their company is taken over, the EC working time directive, equal pay and maternity rights. If they are disabled, they may not know their rights at work. Furthermore, it will not cost them a penny to obtain our initial advice.

If the case appears to have reasonable prospects of success, we will offer a No Win No Fee arrangement. Many cases can be settled at a very early stage. Clients must act quickly by lodging their complaint within three months of dismissal so they must not delay in obtaining expert advice.
