We hold a Legal Aid Franchise in this field and are therefore able to offer advice in connection with immigration, asylum and nationality cases. Where applicable, we can also represent clients in Court, for example at appeal hearings. 

We offer a full service for asylum seekers including the following:

• Representation before the Immigration Appeal Adjudicator
• Representation before the Immigration Appeal Tribunal
• Advice on pursuing claims for Judicial Review/Statutory Review

We also give advice on a wide range of immigration matters, such as family reunion, travel document applications, student visas and work permits.
