Funding your Case

We can advise you, at the outset, on the most appropriate and cost-effective way of funding your claim.  Although "Public Funding" through the Community Legal Service (formerly "Legal Aid") is now only available for a restricted group of disputes and for Family Law cases, your options include:

• "Before-the-event" insurance - general cover to protect against eventualities (it is often part of your pre-existing general cover)
• "After-the-event" insurance - payment of a premium to provide for your own legal fees and your opponents fees should you not be successful, combined with: -
• A "No-win, No-fee" arrangement (called a "Conditional Fee Agreement"), the terms of which we will be very happy to discuss with you.
