Qualifications
Philip Pollecoff took a BA in Business Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1980.
Expertise Philip is the director and founder of Pollecoff Solicitors. He specialises in family law and is an advanced member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. He favours a personal and practical approach, always taking his clients' objectives into account.
He is a trustee of the Minster Centre, an established charity and training institute offering Diploma and MA programmes in

Psychotherapy and undertaking projects helping refugees, victims of domestic violence and survivors of organised violence.
He is also a committee member of the Poet in the City project, the aims of which include providing funding for poetry placements in inner city primary schools.
Philip Pollecoff has recently contributed a chapter in Legal Issues in Counselling and Psychotherapy regarding the role of the expert witness.
Philip Pollecoff is currently receiving instructions from
the Official Solicitor regarding family related work in particular
cases under The Inheritance (Provision for Family Dependents)
Act 1975.
Philip Pollecoff is also trained as a collaborative
lawyer.
