Rebecca joined Pollecoff Solicitors in May 1999 upon becoming a qualified Solicitor.

Since then she has undertaken a wide variety of litigation on behalf of companies and private individuals. This include insolvency, debt recovery, professional negligence, breach of contract claims, landlord and tenant and business disputes. Rebecca is highly regarded as a litigator dealing with complex issues and is also an able negotiator.
Rebecca also undertakes housing litigation on behalf of both landlords and tenants, which includes possession claims, disrepair actions, unlawful eviction and homelessness matters. Rebecca is a member of the Shoreditch and Clerkenwell County Court duty solicitor scheme, which assists and defends tenants, who do not have legal representation, at a wide variety of possession actions.
