Christopher Tunnard and Nicola Harding are the Diocesan Registrars and the firm provides legal |
services to the Bishop of Ripon and Leeds and the Diocese across a variety of areas including clergy discipline work. Nicola Harding has appeared as advocate at a number of Consistory Court hearings in other Dioceses.
Apart from giving legal advice on a variety of church matters, the Registrars often deal with such items as the institution and licensing of clergy to parishes, the preparation of ordination | certificates, the issue of Readers' licences and the issue of common marriage licences.
