Family mediation is a way of resolving financial and child-related issues between couples who have separated or who are thinking of separating.

Family mediation is for couples who wish to resolve issues relating to their separation through discussion in a neutral forum, in a co-operative way.
Why use family mediation?
Family mediation enables you to discuss your disputes in an environment where you can feel safe, and on equal terms. It encourages you to reach your own solutions. Family mediation can avoid the stress and trauma of going to court, and in most cases it will result in a faster and cheaper solution than the traditional legal process.
How much will it cost?
