Meeting commercial clients’ needs
- You will be offered a service package tailored to meet your individual needs.
- Each of your projects will be dealt with by a solicitor experienced in large scale conveyancing.
- All of your purchases and sales will be allocated to a single manager to ensure effective administration of the purchasing and subsequent plot sales.
- This manager is your point of contact and is supported by a team of conveyancers and secretaries to deliver the service you require.

We keep your costs down
- Our approach to charging is seen as part of our package aimed at meeting individual client needs. As such, it will form part of the negotiations of your service agreement.
- Sales
- As a guide we currently have arrangements ranging from £225 for houses and £275 per apartment, payable by you with an additional £50-75 charge to the purchasers.
- Acquisitions
- Charged at an hourly rate agreed in the service agreement.

IT at Whitfields
- All work stations have desktop computers, networked via two servers. Every member of staff is linked to the network and each has their own e-mail address and fax to/from their desktop computers.
- Case Management
- Our conveyancing team currently use the Legis case management system, which enables us to track the progress of the case, adhere to deadlines and provide quick and accurate updates to clients.
- We currently use Microtrial accounts software, purpose built to meet Law Society regulations.
- All conveyancer’s desktop computers have read-only access to the accounts system to ensure that there is effective control of moneys throughout the lifetime of the case.
- We utilise our own database of forms and precedents, as well as Laserform.
- We have an online link to the Land Registry for all available searches and requests.
- The office has been recently recabled and high-speed broadband access has been installed.
